What’s the common excuses we often heard from people as reasons to skip breakfast – no appetite, stomachache, no time, woke up late and the list goes on.
Breakfast is actually the most crucial meal of the day and it’s not dinner or lunch. Why do we have to take breakfast? Breakfast is the first meal of the day that you can enjoy in the morning, and dinner is the last meal of the day for most people. This typical routine has caused the glucose (sugar) level in the blood to reduce quite drastically as soon as you wake up from slumber. That’s probably after 8 to 12 hours of no food intake. Breakfast too is the ultimate answer as to why nutrition is important to people everyday.
Your body needs food to carry on with your daily routine activities. So, what is actually needed to make up a good, healthy and most important of all, a satisfying breakfast that can keep you full and active all throughout the day? You will definitely need some good carbohydrate, protein, fiber, vitamins with everything that’s low in fat.
