Smoked Turkey Papaya with Cranberry Sauce

One reason why I like making my own snacks is because I know what’s in the food? As well as the freedom to make choices of personal preference of ingredient. And also, to avoid any food allergies – agree? This time, it’s a fusion of sweet and savory food, papaya and turkey. Definitely good for digestion!

Smoked Turkey Papaya with Cranberry Sauce

Smoked turkey papaya cranberry sauce

This recipe serves for four people. It’s great as an appetizer too, and definitely a great and healthy snack in times of cravings. I personally like the fact that it incorporate papaya in this recipe. Gives you that sort of sweet and savory lingering taste. It’s a great source of protein, fiber and complex carbohydrate.
