List of daily foods with fat content and calories

Finally, we are able to present you with the list of fat foods. Fat sources can be obtained from various foods that we eat everyday. That is one of the reasons why we should know what we eat, and what foods contain fat so that we can control the intake. Fats and oils are in the same category because all kinds of oil are liquid fats.

Fats are sometimes referred to as visible and invisible. Visible fats are those that are easily identified such as butter, all kinds of oil, cream, margarine, bacon, and fats that can be easily seen on cuts of meat or poultry.
